The wipe
What resets and what you keep
BULKHEAD’s Season 2 preview doesn’t repeat the reset rules, so each line says how sure we are. We will update this table when the patch notes are out.

What happens to your cash
Cash doesn’t carry over as cash. When the season resets, any cash left on your account is converted into Gold Bars at that day’s exchange rate. The rate changes daily and BULKHEAD hasn’t published how it is calculated, so check the Gold Exchange in game before you decide.
You don’t have to wait for the reset. You can exchange cash for Gold Bars yourself before it, which lets you pick a day with a good rate.
Before the wipe
- Decide what to do with your cash. Spend it on gear you will actually use before the reset, or exchange it for Gold Bars on a good day. The rest converts automatically.
- Buy the cosmetics you want. Gold Market unlocks stay with your account.
- Finish the Season 01 exclusive if you are close. It is reported to stay with you and won’t come back.
- Use up your Vault. Nobody knows yet whether stored items survive.
- Don’t plan around Season 01 unlock levels. The XP curve and unlock order change every season.
- Come back for the patch notes. We will recalculate the tier list and update the weapon pages.

- Molotov, thrown incendiary for area denial

Rain
A new weather preset that cuts visibility and changes sound. Thunder is synced across the server and can cover footsteps.
Wager Vendor
Bet your own cash on objectives such as kills in the hot zone. More objectives mean bigger payouts. Experimental, and it may be pulled mid-season if it is exploited.
Balance
- Infrared rangefinder now needs batteries
- Super Heavy Helmet muffles audio, narrows your view and fogs while sprinting
- Heavy helmets resist suppression better
- Damage, recoil and suppression changes across weapon classes
Faction balance
- Lonestar gets less visible uniforms plus cash and XP bonuses for Season 2
- All faction spawns moved on Bakurani
- The losing team gets 20% off at vendors when 40 or more points behind second place
